Processing: Tracking is included with all orders. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders received before 11:00 PM Mon-Fri and 11AM Saturday (Pacific Time Zone), are often shipped same day. Tracking information will be uploaded to “Order Summary”.

Shipping Policy: (CHEAP) Packages under 13 ounces can be shipped First Class Mail. (FAST) Orders over 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate for $9.50.

Order Accuracy: We strive to have orders filled accurately. Errors of our inventory will be notified, and credit/refund will be applied to your order accordingly. For errors regarding your order please contact us for a resolution.

Lot Limit Policy: All orders MUST average $0.75 per lot. A lot is a unique item on your order, regardless of whether you have 5, 10 or 100 pieces of the same unique item they will count as 1 lot.

All items listed as NEW condition have been taken directly out of the box and never been played with. This means there could be minor imperfections from the factory or from pieces rubbing against each other in the original box.

All Minifigs and Accessories are sold seperately. Parts are sorted and stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

All Prices Are Non-Negotiable: Unfortunately, we do not offer unmarked discounts to any customers. To provide a discount to one customer would be cheating our other customers.
